Some words Kedaar speaks

Kedaar speaks a lot now. He is communicating really through
talking now a days and he became expressive too while he talks.
He literally has a word for every occassion. I want to take video
when he says different words, but his talking became such a
casual thing and we just have to hold the video cam all the time
if we have to record them. So instead I thought I will just write
down once in a while the common words and sentences he speaks just
to remember few.

Some of them are "mommy", "daddy", "ammamma", "thathayya", "atha",
"aamu", "kinda paduthundi", "mummy, Diego bagundi TV pettu",
"aeroplane going","bird flying","Nickeldeon Guts","hamma,sree rama",
"light","walking","water","tennis","chettha, throw it","dirty",
"all done","deva","waterfall","nokku garage","fan piinning",
"chanda mama","moon","brush","hand wash","kedu","etthuko"(lift me up),1 to 10 numbers
and alphabets song,hums all the dialogues and songs from his
Barney DVD,various animal sounds,songs from Guru, "twinkle twinkle
little star" etc. The best one among these recently is the way he
says and shows "fan is spinning". Yesterday he suddenly surprised us saying "koorcho pettu daddy" (in the context of asking daddy to make him sit in high chair)
Its amazing that he always has some thing to say to every one in every context.

Kedaar is 21 months old

Kedaar turned 21 months on August 8th.
We went to Mount Rainier yesterday. Kedaar had lot of fun with water falls and seeing the mountain. This is second trip to that place.Here are some of his recent pictures.

Kedaar is 20 months old

Kedaar turned 20 months on July 8th. His birthday is approaching fast in 4 months. Time just flies by. We havent been regular in updating his blog recently.
Chandra's parents are here for 3 months. Kedaar started playing with them but not completely got used to them. So he is still going to day care. After a week, he is skipping daycare for 3 days and playing with them. His favorite activity is putting water to plants and lawn.

Kedaar is 19 months old

Kedaar completed 19 months on June 8th.
Time just flies by and the little one's 2 yrs birthday is approaching fast.

Washington to Washington D.C

We visited Washington D.C. over the Memorial day weekend and Kedaar loved the place.
We had good time visiting museums, memorials, money printing press(lots and lots of dollar notes printed like newspapers in Engraving and Printing :-) ).

Kedaar enjoyed traveling in bus/trolley/car/SUV/Van/train/plane. He picked up quite a few words along the way and now he gets into the groove with almost every object and the question "what is this ?" follow that.

Kedaar is 1 and half years old

Kedaar completed 18 months yesterday.
Happy birthday to our sweetest child.

While playing with cellphone, kedaar found this hidden option
and set a template, chandra then clicked the picture.

Kids Museum Visit

We went to KidsQuest in Bellevue on sunday. Kedaar liked it a lot and played with
different toys there. Sadly, camera ran out of battery, so we couldn't capture
all the fun stuff. Here are some pictures from there.

Tulips festival

We went to see Tulips yesterday. The place Skagit Valley is about 1 hr from our house. We went there last week as well, however it was snowing there by the time we reached, so we just came back.

Yesterday weather was awesome. Kedaar was very excited to see all the flowers.This is his 2nd Tulip festival. He really liked the colors, tried to touch the flowers saying 'touch' 'touch', he tried to smell them, he walked in the fields looking athe flowers.

Kedaar completed 17 months

Kedaar completed 17 months on April 8th.
I was thinking to note that in his blog from few days and somehow the day today routine just keeps us busy without giving me time to do that.Kedaar started and tries repeats every word we tell him within no time. We have put few videos in the previous posts.Have fun.
