Yesterday was the first day I had to do the pick up for Kedaar. A couple of weeks back, we joined Kedaar in Taekwondo in GoldMedal martial arts school in Foster City. The teacher is a 1992 gold medal winner and extremely popular in the area. As a first trip after we moved here, we drove to Napa valley,CA yesterday with our friends Saritha/Sree's family. The drive was beautiful and the views were amazing. We went to a 2 days trip to Olympic Game farm in the long weekend last week.We went to ferry from Edmonds to Kingston and the farm was just 50 miles from there. The farm was great. Lots and lots of animals , There were bears, zebras, rhinos, peacocks, goats etc along with caged animals like tigers etc. Bst part is that you can buy bread packets and feed any un-caged animals walking freely on

We went to Yellow stone national park in July long weekend with another friend's family.It was 12 hr car journey (around 800 miles one way) from Seattle. The first school year for Kedaar is finished by June 30th. He started the pre-school since Sep 15th last year and since then it was a roll for him. He learnt a lot (he got a progress report as well :)), had so much fun, got lot of new friends. Kedaar's school celebrated father's day with an ice cream social. All the kids some activities like solving a puzzle with dad, enacting an enimal(parent has to guess) and some other fun things. Kedaar completed 2 series of soccer classes from January this year at Little Kickers. In the second series, we couldnt go for a lot of them (around 4) because we either were out of station or Kedaar was sick. Overall Kedaar had fun in the classes and we want to join him in little advanced sessions as a next step.

In the last 2 months, Kedaar got fever 3 times so far and the cold, cough are not leaving him at all. Especially at nights, he is uncomfortable with cough.
